Beach Wedding Inspiration in St. Pete | Pass-A-Grille Ceremony & Boca Ciega Ballroom Reception

Making Dream Weddings Come True…

Sidney always dreamed of getting married on the beach, and though the road to her wedding day took some unexpected turns, her dream came true in the most beautiful way. Back in September, just eight months before their big day, Hurricane Helene flooded their original venue—an event that would’ve derailed most wedding plans. But not for Jace and Sidney. With grace and determination, they pivoted, reimagined their day, and created something even more meaningful: a stunning beachside ceremony on Pass-A-Grille Beach.

The ceremony setup was picture-perfect thanks to Gulf Beach Weddings, with white chairs lined in soft pink ribbon, delicate lanterns marking the aisle, and a breezy bamboo gazebo arch that framed the ocean view just right. Sidney’s dad walked her down the aisle, where Jace waited with so much emotion in his eyes. Their ceremony, led by a Bishop, was deeply personal, highlighted by a hand-wrapping ritual and a sweet sand ceremony that included their son, symbolizing the unity of their family.

Surrounded by their bridesmaids and groomsmen, they said their vows with the waves gently crashing behind them. Afterward, we took family portraits and then dove into some fun, carefree wedding party photos—everyone was beaming, soaking in the salty air, laughing between shots, and just fully present in the celebration. The energy was joyful and effortless, which made capturing their personalities a total dream. After that, we wandered the beach for portraits of just Jace and Sidney—and wow, these were truly some of my favorites of the day.

From there, the celebration moved to the Boca Ciega Ballroom, where the wedding party arrived in style aboard the Star Trolley. The reception, coordinated by Truly Yours Event Planning, was elegant and joyful. The couple and their wedding party sat at a long head table, and their guests enjoyed a relaxed, love-filled evening. Their cake—classic and beautiful—was from Publix, and it was as delicious as it looked!

Jace and Sidney shared their first dance surrounded by their friends and family, followed by heartfelt dances with their parents. Every detail, every moment, felt like a celebration of love, family, and resilience. The joy and love filled the room.

It was a joy to capture this day for them. From the unexpected detour to the unforgettable "I do," Jace and Sidney’s wedding was not only beautiful—it was a testament to the power of love and the magic of starting a new chapter together, no matter what comes your way.
